1-Year Limited Warranty

At Zenon Lighting, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our tools. Every UV Cube is hand-assembled, tested, and verified before shipping.
This warranty outlines what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim.
π§ Warranty Coverage (12 Months)
Your Zenon Lighting product is covered for 1 year from the date of delivery against defects in:
- Manufacturing and assembly
- Internal wiring or circuitry issues
- PCB or LED failures under normal, intended use
- Switches, connectors, or internal components that fail prematurely
If a fault arises due to defective materials or workmanship, Zenon Lighting will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
This warranty applies to both:
- Standard purchases, and
- Units kept after a Trial Programme
π« What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
1. Misuse or Improper Handling
- Dropping the unit
- Impact or crushing damage
- Water or solvent ingress
- Overheating due to blocked vents or improper use
- UV exposure to unintended surfaces outside normal workflows
- Using incompatible materials
2. Tampering or Unauthorised Modification
- Opening the unit
- Removing or damaging tamper-evident seals
- Attempted repairs or modifications
- Reverse-engineering or internal interference
Any broken tamper seal voids the warranty immediately.
3. Incorrect Power Use
- Using non-approved chargers, batteries, or adapters
- Voltage irregularities, power surges, or cross-compatible tool batteries
4. Normal Wear & Consumables
- Cosmetic scratches, scuffs, marks, adhesive residue, or fading
- Cases, stickers, labels, or packaging
- Standard wear and tear from regular use
π Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your unit has a manufacturing fault, follow these steps:
Step 1 β Contact Us
Email support@zenonlighting.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the fault
Step 2 β Assessment
We will assess your claim and respond within 3β5 business days with next steps.
Step 3 β Return (If Required)
If we need to inspect the product:
- We may provide a prepaid return label
- The unit must be returned with all accessories
- Tamper seals must be intact
Step 4 β Resolution
Depending on the inspection result, Zenon Lighting will:
- Repair the unit, or
- Replace the unit, or
- Issue a refund
The chosen remedy is at Zenon Lightingβs discretion based on the nature of the defect.

- Warranty support applies only to genuine Zenon Lighting units purchased directly through Zenon Lighting or authorised channels.
- Lost or stolen items are not covered.
- Units damaged during trial misuse will be charged at the full value and are not eligible for warranty.
