All Zenon Lighting units are assembled, tested, and quality-checked in the United Kingdom prior to dispatch.
📦 Shipping Information
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from confirmation of a trial order or standard purchase.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not affect trial deadlines once delivery is confirmed.
Couriers
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on parcel size and service availability.
Shipping Area
United Kingdom only (at this time).
Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Zenon Lighting packages all orders securely; however, delivery times may vary during high-volume, restock, or limited-drop periods. Zenon Lighting is not responsible for courier delays once parcels have been handed to the courier.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, Zenon Lighting will issue a replacement or refund at its discretion.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Failed deliveries, return-to-sender parcels, or delays caused by incorrect address details may result in additional charges or trial cancellation.
🔄 7-Day Trial Programme (VIP & Public Trials)
Zenon Lighting offers a 7-day evaluation trial, followed by a 3-day return window, for a total possession period of 10 days.
Day 1 is defined as the day the courier confirms delivery.
How the Trial Works
• £0 upfront at checkout
• A £650 authorisation hold is placed on your nominated card (this is not an initial charge)
• The 7-day trial period begins on the day of confirmed delivery
• The product may be tested under normal, intended workflow conditions
At the end of the trial period, you may either keep or return the unit.
a) Keep the Unit
You may keep the unit by:
• Confirming by email, or
• Retaining the unit beyond the 10-day trial period
In either case, the £650 authorisation will convert into a full charge.
b) Return the Unit
To return the unit:
• Notify Zenon Lighting by email that you wish to return the product
• A prepaid return label will be emailed to you
• The unit must be handed to the courier within 3 days following the 7-day trial period
• Valid proof of postage is required
The return deadline is based on the date the parcel is handed to the courier, not the date it arrives back to Zenon Lighting.
⏳ Charge Timing & Late Returns
• If you confirm you wish to keep the unit, Zenon Lighting may approve the charge at any time after Day 7
• If the unit is not dispatched with valid proof of postage by the end of Day 10, the £650 authorisation may convert into a full charge
• Late returns without prior written communication are not eligible for a refund, even if the unit is later returned
Courier delays after dispatch do not extend trial deadlines.
📮 Trial Return Shipping (On-Request Prepaid Label)
• Prepaid return labels are not included in the package
• Return labels are issued only upon request
• The label must be used exactly as instructed (correct courier, packaging, and drop-off point)
If the prepaid label is used correctly:
→ Zenon Lighting covers the return shipment and courier loss risk.
If the label is not used correctly, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss, delay, or damage if they:
• Use a different courier
• Use incorrect or insufficient packaging
• Miss the return window
• Fail to obtain proof of postage
• Hand the parcel to an unauthorised third party
In such cases, Zenon Lighting may charge the full product value (£650).
⭐ Inspection & Authorisation Release
All returned trial units are subject to inspection before the authorisation hold is released.
Inspection Criteria
• Tamper-evident seals fully intact
• No signs of opening or attempted opening
• No internal or external damage beyond minor cosmetic marks
• Full functionality confirmed
• All accessories present (battery, charger, case, etc.)
• No contamination (solvents, paint, resin), moisture damage, or overheating
• No misuse, drops, or impact damage
Outcomes
If inspection is passed:
→ The authorisation hold is cancelled in full.
If inspection fails:
→ Zenon Lighting may process the full £650 charge
→ Partial refunds may be considered at Zenon Lighting’s sole discretion
→ Severe misuse, tampering, or non-compliance will result in a full non-refundable charge
Inspection decisions are final.
🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items (Non-Trial Purchases)
If a standard purchase arrives faulty or damaged, customers must notify Zenon Lighting within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Clear photos or video evidence
• A description of the issue
If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, Zenon Lighting will:
• Provide a replacement or full refund
• Cover all return shipping costs
Damage caused by misuse, opening the device, or improper application is not covered.
