Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 4–5 days after dispatch.

Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: Not currently — but we plan to expand international shipping soon.

Q: What happens if my light stops working?
A: Your Zenon Light comes with a 1-year warranty covering parts and manufacturing faults. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
A: Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused and in original packaging.

Q: Are Zenon Lights CE or UKCA certified?
A: Our products are designed for professional/specialist users and are not currently CE/UKCA certified, but all units are built and tested to ensure reliable performance.

Q: How long does curing take?
A: Most UV primers and fillers cure in under 60 seconds using Zenon’s high-intensity LED system.
